GASTRONOMIC VESSEL
The VascelloGastronomico (Gastronomic vessel) is an original and attractive boat-shaped display tray made of sturdy, washable white polystyrene measuring 60 x 28 cm, invented and produced exclusively by the Cascarano Seafood Group.
Made up of two pieces, the upper tray useful for displaying a wide variety of foods (fish, crustaceans and molluscs, cheese, vegetables and fruit, etc.) is fitted with small holes to facilitate the passage of water from the possible bed of ice and a large-capacity hull underneath designed to collect dripping water from the upper tray.
Each boat comes complete with a set of decorative items (a flagpole, flags, rosettes, self-adhesive ribbons for the sides, etc.) which the user can use to complete the display.
The white colour of the tray is perfect to be further customised with the utmost freedom and imagination in order tomake each vessel a ‘unique piece’, painting it with the traditional colours of the local fishing fleets or unleashing the imagination with completely new colours and signs.
